The documentation you supplied for verifications is completely confidential and will never be shared with another member or third party, except for legal matters.

Your home address and contact details are only shared with your verified Swapoffi guest when a swap is confirmed, 48 hours before the swap.

If you wish to cancel your membership at any time, we fully respect your decision. Our community is very important to us and we act on your instructions.

Please note that booked swaps must be honoured and that membership fees cannot be refunded. Swappie credits are cancelled along with your membership and have no value nor can be exchanged or transferred to another member.

Simply send us an email to [email protected] stating that you would like to cancel your membership.As soon as we confirm there are no confirmed swaps for your property, we will cancel your membership and notify you to let you know this has been done.
